Christmas 2008
We decided to play it smart this year and take PDX
staff out of their muddy boots and into Christmas finery. Last year, too
many dogs were freaked out by the jolly old elf in the weird git-up. It
went much better this year, although we did have to wheedle and cajole,
whistle and whoop, and many liver treats were sacrificed for the good
cause. Some picture came out great, some not so much, and I do apologize
for those. It wasn't for a lack of trying. Maybe next year we'll ask
Santa for a professional studio setup! We had fun, though, and, on the
whole, the dogs were happier to be with folks they know and trust, even
if they did look bizarre! Many thanks to Nancy Miller, Nancy
Cambron, Ashley, and Billy for stepping outside of their comfort zones and
being such great sports!
